If I could I would give them 0 stars. I advise everyone not to even try to contact this law firm. They admitted that there was medical negligence in my case, yet they refused to help. They asked for personal information from me. They only collect information and personal information from vulnerable individuals. We contacted them before in my husband's case, and they did the same thing.

Submitted an online call back form with lots of detail. A call centre worker called me up, refused to look at the notes from my submission, became very rude and patronising and kept insisting on a minimum loss of £10k before she’d entertain listening to my case. Really poor customer service and untrained staff. Avoid

Been Let Down is finally the only place that hasn’t! From first contact with Ying from the team, the process has been extremely smooth and simplified. Everything has been explained at each step, leaving complete peace of mind for myself knowing I can trust the team with my case. A medical negligence situation is hard enough and stressful enough to deal with and having these guys look after the legal side has been such a weight off my back. Definitely got my recommendation

Avoid. No help at all. They only care to make as much money as possible. I know every company has to make money but they are beyond. Refused my case as it wouldn't get enough compo. Lies on website they most certainly ain't for the injured party. Deffo legit name ( been let down) really wished I had read the reviews first. Really disheartened me to take negligence further but I will fight on.

I found Laurence Wright my case worker been learned. I will highly recommend them. Not sure about other who had bad experience with them however mine was a great experience

Been let down is the correct name they let you down. The receptionist didn't take down the correct details at first she got upset with me because of my speech problem due to the negligence. Someone called me and because they only got my voicemail they turned my case down without even verifying crucial dates and points from documentation. I'm sorry but I should have read the reviews first. These bad unprofessional solicitors could ruin or hinder a potential case do your research first.
