I had an j on going claim for some time and Accident Claim Lawyers took over the case. There was some back and forth from the I her side but throughout I had clear communication and felt like they were really fighting in my side. Jane Purcell helped me to get the correct High level physio and treatment. Then once my claim was escalated John Doyle and the team were frankly outstanding and won me a substantial settlement fee. There are loads of companies who offer the same service however I feel these guys are a cut above the rest everything clear everything concise would thoroughly recommend.

If I could give more than 5stars I would. My solicitor John Doyle was absolutely amazing throughout. John literally had my best interests as his main priority and was always at the other end of the phone. He literally went above and beyond. This man is a credit to this firm. I couldn't of asked for a better person to help with my claim. ACL are amazing. Thank you for all your help.

Passed through different lawyers as they kept leaving some lawyers couldn't value my claim correctly, when signing up with them I agreed to there fees and an insurance but when the claim was settled I was given another fee on top which I'm still trying to find out what it is but no one is replying to my email on previous offers and break downs that fee wasn't there only when claim was settled it appeared with no explanation it's a absolute joke.
If I needed a service like this again I would certainly go elsewhere you have to constantly chase them to find anything out.

Really wouldn't recommend I no the process is time consuming but the communication is shocking. They wouldbgominths without even updating me. Then I was passed between solicitors because they kept leaving. Yet was quick enough to send me there fees if any monies was awarded. After 2 and a half years I give up with communication with them for them. I'm still waiting for an update
