Excellent experience with this company, who are happy to deal with individual people or solicitors equally. I placed my order for local searches for a property I want to buy, having been told by my solicitor that local searches are taking up to 56 days to return, I received my final report (3 in total) within 5 hours and it was much cheaper than the price quoted by my solicitor.
