Very happy with the homebuyers survey received, it was not the cheapest on offer but is great quality. With plenty of detail and it's clear that the surveyor assessed the house thoroughly including photos of the higher parts of the property. It took 10 business days from the survey being completed until I received the report. To be fair, when I chased the report they did explain they had had some technical issues with the RICS website that were out of their control. I'm sure some other surveyors would have completed this faster but that is of little importance to me as was still considerably faster than my solicitors are capable of moving. The surveyor was also available for a call soon after I received the report to discuss things further.
