Wendy was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so pleased I met her and Richard. I'd been told by another planner that my idea to build a room over my car port was fine and had been presented with a hefty quote to do the planning. When I met Wendy and Richard, they were concerned the plans wouldn't be passed to the point they suggested I didn't go ahead with it but then after further conversations Wendy came up with a brilliant new plan to do a simple extension instead. Richard's designs were fantastic and I am now the happy owner of a beautifully extended property which has changed my home dramatically. We engaged with Brodie Planning Associates Ltd to assist us submit a Class Q Planning application for premises at Coldash Barn. In the first instance we dealt with Paul O'Sullivan and latterly with Lorelie Davies who has been excellent. We cant thank BPA enough for all the help and experience they have given us to secure a positive outcome to the application. In particular their communication with us was first class, keeping us updated and responding to our questions, however minor. We would also mention that BPA made several visits to the site, even during Lockdown, which to us showed a real interest and commitment to the application. Last but not least BPA managed the relationship with the local authority very well, reacting positively to any issues that were raised. All in all a first class service which we are sure will continue throughout the build.
