The company I work at have used Paycheck since 2002, during this time they have done a good job and the small mistakes they have made be counted on one hand. Each time we highlighted them they sorted them out immediately.

I can't say that the number of mistakes I've made since 2002 can be counted on one hand!

I've often been tempted to try and find a place cheaper, but each time I've spoken to people who moved payroll bureaus and had hell from the mistakes the new one has made.

As a result I have stayed with Paycheck as they have proven themselves to be a reliable company, who offer great service at a fair price.

If the company I work at was a very big fish, maybe I'd trying asking for discounts, but I think their prices go down by volume anyway.

I tried doing payroll myself, it looked like it was going to be a great saving, but the time learning how to do it, the changes each year and sorting out the little problems that come up, seriously took my attention away from the main business.

So I learned to focus on what makes money and delegated payroll to a good contractor, which Paycheck is.

They are failing all of their values. No efficiency. Can not get in contact with them at all. The don’t reply to emails or calls. Can’t process payments in timely manner.
