When I was looking for a surveyor for my property purchase, I chose Eriss based on their online reviews. The report was detailed and included pictures, which made everything much easier to understand, especially since I’m not familiar with building structures. David was really helpful, taking the time to explain things clearly so we knew exactly what was going on with the property and what might need attention in the future. He’s quite busy, so replies might be a bit delayed, but it’s definitely worth being patient for his professional work. Highly recommend!

Eriss property consultants were recommended to me by a friend who had used them in the past as a professional snagger.
I decided to use Eriss services because they are independent of any building companies.
The snagging survey was carried out very professionally and a report was provided for me to submit to the builder of my new property.
David was was very punctual and very professional, and done a fantastic job identifying faults within my new property. There were a lot more snags than I originally thought and he identified faults I wouldn't have saw myself. That would have been costly for me in the future.
A report was produced for me to present to my builder and David supported me along the way giving excellent advice and attended a meeting I had with the builder to discuss the faults. The support was first class.
I highly recommend Eriss property consultants and would definitely use this company again in the future if the need arose. Its great to find a company that is independent of any new building companies.
