I recently completed a free online manual handling training. First and foremost, I really appreciate the opportunity to access such valuable training at no cost. The training modules were well-structured and covered essential manual handling techniques properly. The website was user-friendly, and the training materials were easy to navigate. The course was just what I needed to update my competency at work.
The only problems I had was, after paying for the course I couldn’t find how to start it but using the helpline chat, the operator gave the necessary links to get started.
I used my iPad to do the course, and do the test at the end and, apart from the odd stutter on playing the videos, worked well… no need to have to use a PC/Mac or a Chrome browser like some of the competitors force you to use.
I can recommend this course as it was informative, easy to use and good value too.

really enjoyed the courses. so easy to understand. i liked there was a separate video to show how to get started as well. That was really helpful. The certificates are also a fab touch. I enjoyed the quiz aspect, really test you to make sure you were paying attention. A really wonderful free resource. much appreciated.

A really fantastic course that provides a simple, and informative narrative of manual handling which is supported by videos. The videos are broken down to a couple of minutes each so no sitting there getting bored, questions after each sections keeps you interested and allows the viewer to cement what they have just been taught. This free course is better than some of the courses that you have to pay for, and the course allows you to down load a certificate at the end. Really enjoyed the course.
