I just wanted to say how grateful that I am to have come across this company. I had been refused repairs to my property by my insurance company, and I approached Brendan to see if he could help me. From the start he was very easy to communicate with and always got back to me quickly. He sent out various contractors to assess the damage, and he dealt with the insurance company from then on. He was able to successfully challenge the insurance company's decision. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Brendan and his team were an enormous help in navigating an insurance claim and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. So having decided to tile some floors in our home, upon lifting the old floor we discovered a leak situation from the bathroom next door. We planned on getting this done while we were heading away on an extended 6 week holiday over the summer. With this discovery and having to involve insurance and us heading away, the stress was at maximum level. Someone recommended involving Brendan at Premier Property Claims, i have to say, the whole thing went smoothly, Brendan arrived at our home promptly, explained the situation and dealt with our insurers, met all Insurance assessors and evaluaters that needed to inspect the property. A pleasure to deal with, which concluded in a settlement we were very happy with, and one which i dont believe i could have achieved if dealing with the insurance company myself.
