Your drivers need to refresh themselves on the Highway Code and be aware of pedestrians already crossing a road when they turn into erratically side streets, not honking their horn at pedestrians.

This is the bus company they hire for my school and it's absolutely disgusting! We get home about an hour late, at the beginning of the year they used to be about 15 minutes late to pick us up in the morning, at summer they never turned the air conditioning on, they'd always miss my stop even though I was standing beside the driver, even my school said it's disgusting and they'd try to hire a different company, every other bus used to be on time to pick them up in the morning and afternoon so why not ours?, one time the bus even broke down at our school after being a hour late, people either got picked up by their parents or stayed due to not being able to drive, another bus came around 07:00pm - 08:00pm, it was a school day after to so I barely got any sleep, If your looking to hire a bus, to pick up pupils from school or even for a different reason you definitely shouldn't hire this company!

Speeding outside schools when it’s supposed to be 20mph. Drivers texting whilst they drive. I wouldn’t have my children use their service. Won’t be long before they kill somebody

Never arrive on time to pick up my children to and from school. On many occasions my ADHD son who needs Constant supervision has been left waiting outside of school for unto 45 minutes. My daughter is in a special school for children with mental health problems. This week they didn’t turn up to pick her up for three days. When they did finally turn up it was three minutes before she had to start school which is a 20 minute drive. The driver has been rude and aggressive towards us. I’ve asked him to be removed yet they keep sending him here. My daughter is scared and intimidated and they don’t care!! I was late to work twice last week because I had to take her into school. They take on school contracts that they can’t do and treat families like rubbish

Im getting sick and tired of meeting the buses down the lanes and being bullied around. Next bus that tries to bully me and rush me reversing will be late to there next stop. Its disgusting behaviour from the drivers

Careful of this company. They’ve employed a driver who was driving a minibus on the school run who blocks the road in cae brackla and this morning they started to pull out as I was passing so I sounded my horn to let them know they were about to hit me and they got aggressive and tried ramming the side of my car. Can’t believe the driver of the company thinks they own the road with kids on the bus. Sort yourselves out

My car was damaged by one of their buses, I was stationary at the time, they insist it 50/50 as it was in the lanes. Their driver was going to fast in wet conditions and he had a bus full of children. When you call them they get very aggressive when they find out I had reported accident to my insurance company.

I went to purchase two coaches from this company and on inspection the coaches was in terrible condition I.e rusted underneath, parts missing and water and oil leaks all they done was try to spray over the defective parts. Also when speaking to the mechanics I was told they send vehicles out without mot or in some cases tax if the vehicles stay local( school runs) This is a very unprofessional company and I would strongly recommend not to use Peyton travel.
