Rachel is the best of the best! She is so patient and understanding and has really helped me to turn my life around.
I suffer with anxiety and depression and I was extremely nervous about attending sessions. I was in a very dark place a few months ago where I lacked self motivation and I felt like I was in a deep dark hole. Everything was getting on top of me as I had so many problems in my life and wasn’t coping well. Rachel made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I met her. She’s such a fantastic listener and so understanding.
During my sessions, she listened patiently to me without judgement and gave me great advice and solutions that enabled me to make changes to my life. Rachel was brilliant in making me think and giving me challenges to work on. She also gave me coping skills which helped massively with managing my anxiety. Rachel gave me the confidence I needed to build my life and ultimately enabled me to feel happier and more confident in myself. I finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I will be forever grateful to Rachel for her kindness and guidance. I’m just so happy that I found her! I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone. 😊
