Took the Cheltenham bus to Oxford. Asked the driver where to catch the bus home and he gave us incorrect information. We had to scramble to get home, by train and pay £30.00 and arrive home 2 hours later. . Called the office and they asked that I put it in writing. I did...waited...sent another email...no acknowledgement. Phoned and the Operations Manager picked up and he said that it was the first he heard of it. They then acknowledged my emails. Promised in writing that I would have a response by last Friday... nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. Worst customer service I have experienced in a longtime

One of Swanbrook's employees drove into the side of my partners car. The driver stopped and was very apologetic and admitted that he was not paying attention to what he was doing as he came round the bend on the wrong side of the road. We stopped our vehicle and had to watch him plow into the side of our car whilst looking the other way.
I contacted Swanbrook, which at first they seemed very helpful and told me they would get things sorted with their insurance. Only to be told that 1 month later they are denying liability so now the insurance companies are holding off on the claim.

Absolute madness how people in this world cannot admit when they are wrong and to just do the right thing. I will never use any service from Swanbrook again and I will be advising others to do the same. If the company cannot even be genuine and honest about things then they do not deserve the trade.

I use the N bus and despite the past reviews and past drivers and wait times i cant fault the lovely drivers they have now, especially Kevin and Albert, i really think they have stepped up the N bus service from a year ago. The drivers are always so smiley, kind and they have even waited for me as a run up the street (i have a habit of being on the minutes). I wish all bus drivers and companies where as kind as efficient as the Swanbrook staff. The price is all so extremely good. £8 for 10 journeys, that is £13 cheaper than stagecoach and takes half the time. No contest its N bus all the way for me! Go N bus and go Swanbrook for hiring lovely staff like Albert and Kevin. Keep up the good work guys.

Occasionally I will use the 853 and although the bus drivers are not overly friendly, I greatly appreciate that the service gets me from A to B.

However, today I was met by the most unfriendly, unprofessional and downright disrespectful bus driver ever.

It reflects badly on the business, especially when compared to others who value their customers.

One of the cheapest and easiest ways to get from Chelt to Oxford short of hitching a lift. Pretty much my go-to option for that journey.

Ride takes about an hour and a half with all stops, so best to take some entertainment. Still faster than the train!
