Kirsty has been my 1:1 PT since July/August last year. I initially started training to gain strength and flexibility as the menopause and being in my sixties has taken it's toll. Kirsty has given me the confidence I lacked to push my body to a point that is comfortable and manageable. I am so much more flexible toned and stronger. Kirsty not only motivates me but is a wonderful and kind person, I couldn't have done any of this without her.

When I first started my journey with Kinetic coaching, I'll be honest, I was never a big weight training fan, just assuming it wasn't for me but Kirsty has shown me otherwise. I've really been enjoying the sessions even with them being work out sessions in my own home. It's allowed me to actually slow down and focus on. Kirsty's hugely supportive- some weeks I don't know what I'd do without her. Would highly recommend.

Kirsty has created an amazingly positive environment with Kinetic Coaching NW. I’m so grateful to have found her classes. I hadn’t worked out regularly since before the pandemic, and she is exactly the motivational person and coach I needed to get back into it. I am amazed at how much has changed under her direction in just 6 months. I am becoming so much stronger, I’ve lost weight, I have loads more energy, and most importantly, my joints do not hurt getting out of bed in the morning! I genuinely cannot recommend Kirsty enough, she is an amazing coach and has supported me over the last few months. Kirsty has developed a hybrid programme for me which includes sessions for me to do on my own in the gym as well as one to one personal training sessions. The gym Kirsty trains at is a fantastic facility with brilliant kit.

I've got my motivation back for training and when my motivation is lacking Kirsty is there to support me and give me a kick when I need it. Kirsty helps me set goals that are realistic but challenge me to achieve.

Kirsty is a fantastic trainer! The thought of attending a gym scared me for years, so I always opted for running or outside bootcamps. I met Kirsty and that all changed. She is incredibly patient, encouraging and supportive. She helps you set goals and smash them. I've lost 3kg so far and 7cm off my waist!! But more than that, I can lift heavier weights and also, I've gained in confidence so much. If you want to join a female only group/gym and are worried about starting, please speak to Kirsty. You won't regret it.
