I demand payment immediately not in 14 days or I will take bankruptcy action against you and the debtor.

I was awarded this money by the Employment Tribunal for unpaid wages and unauthorised deduction form my wages. I hired these charlatans to recover my money and they are telling me it doesn't belong to me and its in limbo at the moment. If Indidnt threaten the debtor with bankruptcy process they wouldn't get farthing right now. Now they telling me if the debtor goes into bankruptcy in the next 14 days the money will go back to them. The irony is the debtor pay the debt to avoid bankruptcy but these people from the enforcement team think I'm stupid enough to believe anymore of their lies.

I think trading standards or the Ombudsman should be call on these bunch of theives, liars and criminals.

I was paid £4800+ by the debtor, who was my ex employer on the 13 March 2024 after the enforcement team did nothing for months to get my money. I had to spend Christmas, my kids birthdays and mothers day without money now they are threatening to.keep my money over Easter and.I am.already £4000 in rent arrears. This company.is committing fraud and theft of.my money and causing me stress. They threaten to only pay me 65% of.my money even though they added their fees and I paid them for their services. They want to shorten my money and take liberties like a bunch a theives. They want to wait 14 dat to pay me my money which they wouldn't have if I didn't take action to get because they were basically useless. Do not ever use this company.

Went with this company to try and get back my £1345 off someone. Wouldn't touch this company again with a barge pole, took over £400 off me including all fees etc for me to get nothing back. They accepted my debtors excuses constantly and didn't do anything. Honestly would not bother with this company, totally avoid them at all costs.

Came to my door @6am and expected me to be there in 5 seconds before dumping a note through my door, well done lads your quicker at leaving than the DPD guys! 👍 Stop threatening me and my disabled family! We don't owe you anything.

EDIT* Threatened with more fees added on to a bill that wasn't mine of £900+ is now £3000+ how do you work out the maths in that? Paying £30 per month for your kerb appeal. FSickening!

Send threatening letters when the matter was settled in court over a year ago for something that was not my fault, absolute joke. Any letters should be addressed to my insurance company and not me, thats why I pay car insurance.

Had the pleasure of meeting two of your inadequate officers last week, who wrongfully seized my vehicle, with every intention to cause me and my family hardship. The van has been released back to me. I suggest you both look over the regulations before seizing goods in the future.
I will be contacting the Ombudsman with my case. 😉🚚
