Went to Sprung intending to buy a lighter spring for my coil shock. The guys there spent some time looking at the bike with me and explaining how I could get the best out of it. They advised that I stick with my current spring so ended up being no sale for them, but they were just happy to give me the correct advice. Much appreciated

Took my shock and fork In for service and to talk about potential improvements that could be made to them at the lower end of pricing. Staff were very knowledgeable and helped me decide what was going to be best suited.
Highly recommend them. Will see them again on the next service time.

I’m terrible for just riding my bike and not realising when suspension isn’t performing at its best…..
But earlier this year was riding in FoD and it was clear things needed looking at.
So after my weekend’s riding I left my forks and shock with the guys at Sprung who turned them round and I had them back at the end of that week, good as (if not better than) new!

Brilliant service from guys who really know know what makes your bike suspension ?

Chose Sprung to perform a full service on my Fox 36's, so easy to arrange and turnaround was quicker than expected, now the forks are back and WOW totally transformed the ride they feel amazing

My first experience of using Sprung Suspension and the experience was fantastic. Great communication from the team and fast turnaround.
I had two shocks and a Fox seat post serviced and was happy with the results.
The Fox RP23 was in a very bad way and Dunc did a great job using spare parts to get it working properly again.

Always extremely helpful on the phone, and have a quick turnaround with top quality workmanship. Sometimes takes a few calls for them to pick up the phone, but they are only a small business so it is ok and there all round service more than makes up for it.

I've visited the Sprung Workshop a few times now and each time have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and always go out of their way to be uber helpful and accomodating. During my most recent visit they even forfeited a sale of a new (more expensive) rear spring by advising me to buy it elsewhere due to the cheaper product having patchy stock availability. Highly recommended
