Not sure how Bestprisefs can get 5*. Appalling customer service. Since no renewal was emailed to me I called and spoke to Richard Harry, he said he is the company director. I asked him to send me a renewal so I have continue my cover. He says he is too busy and cannot do it and that he has no time. What an arrogance and absolutely appalling service. I have been with Bestpricefs for 3 years and never made any claims. I can just imagine if somebody has to make a claim, especally if a director is rude and uninterested. Should get well below 0.
