I simply cannot thank Richard & the team for everything they did for me and my children. After going through an extremely difficult time and a family dispute in court they was always on the other end of the phone when I needed advise, I didn’t need to do anything as it was all sorted for me.
I was then appointed Haniya to represent me in court, this lady is truly incredible in her role. She always had my baby’s best interests at heart whilst ensuring our safety’s, we left court with the outcome we wanted and for that I cannot thank them enough for their compassion, kindness and abilities. Richard and his team helped me no end. I had previously gone with another firm but after 6 months, they hadn't done anything or filed the paperwork. I swapped to Richard after being given his details and the same day he got straight to work.
Richard and his colleagues represented me and it was a positive result each time.
I have autism, severe anxiety and vocal tics. The team made me feel calmer and reassured me through the whole process, they didn't discriminate and I was included in all aspects. If I needed to ask a question or wanting an answer, I was given a prompt reply. If Richard was busy he would call me back or arrange a time to suit both of us. I was anxious meeting the team, however they soon put me at ease, which meant my tics were minimal. I would definitely recommend Richard and his colleagues. Was recommended by a manual friend, to say I am so glad that I went to Richard and his team to resolve my issues regarding contact with my son, would be an understatement. After minimal contact with my child, thanks to Richard, Lucy and the rest of the team I now have a court order for 50/50 custody.
