I was recommended this solicitor by local people on the basis of their previous historic experiences with the company which was excellent but they appear to have degraded considerably since then.

My personal experience with them was extremely negative with seemingly a persistent lack of empathy and understanding.

Their handling of my matters (divorce related) seemed to lack appropriate competency and may have been prejudicial which is reinforced by their apparent unwillingness to appropriately address my concerns and their hostile behaviours which finally resulted in me switching to another solicitor.

While the reputation of this branch of the organisation was historically good, this was contrary to my experience.

I had Andrew Isaac represent me in court for breaking a non molestation order. There were 7 alleged offences which only 3 i was guilty of. I have never been in trouble before and Andrew said for me to plead guilty on all of the offences and he would get me a suspended sentence as the worst possible outcome. I put my trust in Andrew as I was new to all of this as I had never been in trouble before. I ended up having a custodial sentence and I think it was totally down to having a solicitor that just didn't care and he was getting paid by legal aid if he won or not. I would recommend that anyone who is using him at the moment or is thinking about using him in the future to stay well away from him. He is hard to get hold of, and literally doesn't care about his clients!

Lucy Williams decided to withdraw representation and leave me without counsel, despite the legal aid agency, another firm, and the court stating this should not have happened and they were obliged to ensure I had counsel for a hearing.
They refused to do this, and it is terrifying Lucy Williams has been allowed to act in this manner.

Gomer Williams have refused to release the legal aid certificate to enable me in securing alternative representation, further delaying family court proceedings.

Due to Lucy Williams being an owner she felt it appropriate to email me in a manner intended to scare and intimidate me, implying she could act without reproach, and was able to prevent me from dealing with issues which Gomer Williams didn't represent me in due to them being outside the scope of the legal aid certificate, which was even admitted by multiple employees of Gomer Williams.
She acted in an entirely unprofessional manner, stating that I was "causing professional embarrassment".
This is entirely untrue and I will happily provide evidence of this to anyone who asks.
There is no point even trying to resolve this complaint as they're never going to sack an owner.
She needs banning from practising really to safeguard anyone else.
She's a bully and I warn anyone who considers going with Gomer Williams.

An utterly appalling experience. The probate process dragged on for over three years, with constant delays at every turn. Fees were not only excessive but also unjustified. Communication was abysmal—solicitors were consistently ‘unavailable’ for calls, and email responses often took weeks. This firm operates with a shocking lack of professionalism and efficiency. I cannot recommend them under any circumstances and will never use their services again!
