I started in business many years ago (much to the dismay of my school teachers!), however I got a little behind things during the pandemic and my existing accountant was charging me through the nose. I decided to give these people a try and I must say, they have been brilliant, I used to have to wait days to get a response to any queries I had, but not here, even when I shamefully called just before closing time, I was given a full answer and wasn’t rushed at all! I’d give them six stars if I could, and double that for the amount of money I’ve saved… Thank you internet!

Initially friendly and approachable, but after making several key mistakes, started completely ignoring all calls, messages, and emails for months. This has now resulted in penalties from HMRC. Extremely disappointing service—would strongly recommend avoiding.

PS: I can’t reply to your reply. So here it is;
I’m not a client? Look up invoice 4454 as an example. And I did try to contact you,, months of messages on your WhatsApp and email and messages with your staff!! It’s disgusting that you couldn’t just get back once to at least tell me you don’t want my business anymore ( and for what reason? )
