Terrible management company. Mr. Honan made promises through a contract with our subdivision that were never fulfilled. The lack of management caused a myriad of issues within our subdivision including run-down homes, non-existent resident records, and inconsistent CAM representation. Additionally, Property Advisors did not provide our new management company transfer of records in a timely manner as required by law. The company also does not have a dedicated office but uses a paid virtual address that misrepresents that they have more staff or available staff present.
