I have just taken Kirsty's Business Growth Bootcamp today and it was just fabulous! As ever Kirsty delivered and then some! I have taken Kirsty's Finding Your Voice Public Speaking workshop in the past and it was incredible too. I went along to the Growth workshop and found it to be really valuable. The first thing that we did was a visualisation which really helped me get a better focus on what I wanted to get out of the day, it can be so easy to think you are there for a particular reason then not get out your own way to allow what needs to come through to come through.
The structure of the day was really easy to follow and a good mix of discussion, self reflection and writing.
Kirsty is a great ball of enthusiasm and positivity and really knows how to bring that out in you.
It was fantastic to be in a group of like minded women and I left feeling clear on my goals for the next 4 weeks.
I highly recommend working with Kirsty - but only if you want to see results...
