Unbelievably helpful, such great customer service and product knowledge, not to mention outstanding products. I found Permagard products online after Google searching how to water proof a retaining wall. Website was very helpful and I found the products I needed, I then realised they were a local business too, so I popped over to the trade counter to collect - and received second to none customer service and advice on my project - the guy who served me should get a bonus, such a good experience. If only all customer service experiences were like this.

I’ve got an 18 century Welsh stone farm building that’s been converted into our home. Every winter for four years we use to get a leak above our front door, various builders looked at the roof, flashings, slate tiles and couldn’t figure it out. Until one builder said to try micro shied, it hasn’t leaked for four years now. I honestly didn’t think it would work, very Impressive

The Permagard team couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish from technical advice to refunding us for an overbuy on the liquid rubber topcoat. The entire system from waterproofing the joinery to installing the water-management system under the soil was very easy...we're DIYers. The result has been a joy to behold all summer!! WOW! Such a good company to deal with. Products are excellent quality and as described. Customer service is second to none; had a issue with receiving the wrong item, contacted customer service, spoke to Kate who sent out the correct item the next day by next day delivery and said i could also keep the incorrect one.

Highly recommended and would definitely be using these guys again when i start the next room.

Ordered some products last year and turned up when it was supposed to.
I carried out the work ( using a membrane and kit etc ) and once rendered / plastered and fitted a tiled skirting the customer was very pleased.
Permagard have everything you need to carry out a thorough job and nice to know you can speak to someone with any questions!
I’m about to order some more bits.
