Have been a customer of Citygate now for about 9 or 10 years.

I find their advice honest and transparent and always serving me first and foremost. There have been occasions when they could have advised me another product but not in my best interests and they genuinely have my best interests at heart.

They’ve helped me focus on my long term financial planning putting me in a position whereby I feel in control of the long term plan for my financial situation.

I would also add that one of the reasons I’ve been with them so long is the truly personal service you receive. They get to know you personally, always make sure that they understand the wider picture with your personal life and ask challenging questions about your goals and motivations to push you in the right direction for the future.
