We have just completed a major structural repair to our house after one of the patios developed a leak and we endured serious water ingress into the property and the lower floor rooms. Trevor and his excellent team have played a major role, along with the excellent builder, in sorting the project out. What started out as simply a leak through the first floor patio floor quickly developed into a major structural project and problem. Trevor was introduced to us a "flat roof" expert and his involvement and advice has been instrumental in us achieving a speedy and happy outcome. In the end, the project ran for over 7 months and Trevor and his team were always on hand providing timely practical advice, guidance and support. Whilst the water leak developed into a major build project, the outcome has been amazing and we are thrilled. We would strongly recommend Aspectum.
