Raine and Co were absolutely fantastic, they were extremely helpful and generous with their time and the whole process from viewings to completion was extremely smooth and pleasurable. The really went the extra mile to accommodate our busy schedule and made themselves available as needed and also did a fantastic job maintaining progress of the purchase transaction and helping with queries.

Given how bad the house purchase process can be in the UK, and has been for many of our friends, we had the opposite with Raine and Co and genuinely had the best service and I cannot fault them at all.

This experience has totally changed my perspective on the role of estate agency. I used to be sceptical, and (misguidedly) think that estate agents didn’t really do much to earn their commission. My experience with Raine and Co Stevenage branch has been nothing short of amazing! I removed my listing from another estate agent (who was having trouble selling my property) and decided to go with Raine and co who managed to sell my property within a week of putting it onto the market! Sandra and Gemma are excellent at what they do.
