A Class. were brilliant! A large group of us got 2 nice luxury minibuses. The drivers were punctual and professional. Both Annette and Sam were super accommodating throughout the booking process. We will definitely use them again.

Don't book with this company! I paid a deposit almost a year in advance. I had problems ever getting a reply or return phone call from Annette Freeman regarding my charter and had to repeatedly email and call which always went to voicemail and was never returned. After sending through my final itinerary and following up and following up again 10 days before my charter they emailed me saying the bus had been in an accident and they cancelled my reservation. Likely story! They probably overbooked or simply did not manage their reservations properly. No offer was made to rebook with another company what so ever. This is 10 days before a major event and now I am scrambling to find another charter bus. What kind of company does that! One that you should NEVER do business with - period.

We used this company for a week long events leading up to my wedding. While they were generally rude, unhelpful and non responsive, they had majority of my guests (60 persons) miss an entire event from simply not showing. If you book with them, be prepared for disappointment and a lengthy fight to get your money back. I’ve issued a chargeback through my credit card, but I want damages covered too. This is a dishonest and unprofessional company. They won’t be in business for much longer.

We have used A Class Corporate Travel for four years for trips from Milton Keynes to Royal Ascot. Each time has been seamless. The team at the office, particularly Annette and Mandy, are very good at communicating and everything is clear and understood - giving me confidence that my trip will go smoothly. The comms from the driver on the morning of the trip is crucial to ensure all instructions have been followed and this has (almost always) been spot on. Special mention to our driver this year, Mr Shah, who was brilliant and contacted me in the morning and followed all instructions.

Overall - very happy and have rebooked for Ascot 2023.

DO NOT USE. Awful from start to finish. Used for my wedding, absolute pain getting it booked in the first place, had to harass over phone and email to get any kind of response. One of the people who ignored me was the managing director. Coach for guests home never showed up, emergency number was out of service. When complaining, I wasn’t given compensation for chaos and embarrassment. Absolutely disgusted with service received.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We booked them for our wedding and it was a disaster from start to finish. My husband had to direct the buses to the church as did our guests and they arrived 45 minutes late. They were also rude and unhelpful. In total we made over 200 calls to the main office on the day/night of the wedding to try and resolve things. We also had complaints from our guests that the drivers were dangerous.

Worst and most stressful experience I’ve ever had organising travel for events. We arranged 10 coaches for an event and we had major issues with nearly every single one. We had so many issues with this company that I can’t even begin to describe them all, but all of the issues we had boiled down to extremely poor organisation and communication from all the people I dealt with. It was honestly a shockingly and unbelievably awful service - one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my 9 years of organising large scale events.
