Karen is an amazing coach. She helped me out when one of my close friends committed suicide. It was complicated as he was also my tenant and I found him, so I struggled with guilt and questions about could I have done more. Karen listened , helped me process and re frame things so that I could move on. She has great empathy and she remembers everything you tell her. Definitely recommend her to anyone going through a difficult time.

The first time I met Karen she just had a natural way to make you feel at ease when chatting to her, it was not long until the conversation end up talking about business and what we did for a living, even after that first meeting and she was making a great impression, it two me nearly a month to contact her to arrange some coaching and I am so glad I did.

After the first session it was obvious that Karen was going to make a difference to my way of thinking mainly about myself, by the end of the sessions I understood myself as a businessperson better than I had ever done in the past and already in that short period my attitude to my way of thinking had changed.

It is fair to say that I would recommend Karen's business services to all those that want and need to change, and my one piece of advice is be prepared when you first meet her as she certainly did change me in her 'A Month from now' programme.

Karen’s approach is extremely professional, she has an absolutely unique ability to quickly understand where one is coming from, to put you immediately at ease and guide you to the direction you wish to go but have perhaps struggled to find, it’s as if the reset button was found and activated. I could not believe how perspectives could be challenged and reconsidered by going back to the normally avoided Genesis. A 5 star rating just doesn’t do Karen justice and I can state unreservedly that it’s amazing where you could find yourself ‘A Month From Now.’
