Do not recommend this firm, poor experience.
In matters relating to Wills and Trusts I seriously doubt this firm’s competency. Our dealings made this firm several thousand pounds for no real purpose which was later confirmed by an alternate solicitor, confirming my suspicion at the time. They were happy to take their fee without providing robust legal advice.
Having moved overseas we also needed some original documents on-sent. This took 7 weeks and numerous attempts to organise. Lynda Richards was particularly sporadic in her communication, often unreachable and/or seemingly unwilling to help. Avoid.
