Some Drivers are not very professional, aggressive, and try to agrivate road rage on other drivers using the same road as them. I would not use them until those persons are dealt with.

We had a driver, Henry, was outstanding. When faced with mechanical difficulties he went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and safe travel. He was a bright star on our pilgrimage. Abbot is lucky to have him.

Always late and driver's moan or tend to speak rubbish when no one is interested. Poor service but decent Mercedes coach so the comfy seat helps compensate for the appaling service.

An Abbot travel driver passed by me leaving only a few inches between the coach and my handlebars as I was edging out to overtake cars parked in a bike lane (13/09/17 at ~7:25pm at Liberton Gardens driving towards Loanhead). If Lothian buses can leave me safe cycling space and understand right-of-way, then so can a good coach driver. I add that I was wearing full fluorescent bodywear with multiple LED lights on my bike and helmet.
