I highly recommend Aberdein Considine Stirling. We’ve used them for both buying and selling property, for marketing and conveyancing. Very professional service selling my property. The base price was good value. The sale was well handled and sold quickly. Staff were excellent to deal with and explained things clearly as the sale progressed. Viewings were shared between myself and the agents and were carried out sympathetically and professionally. Approximately £2400 in total including legal costs to sell a property valued at £127k. Don’t know how that compares but I was very happy with the service provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Stirling office of Aberdein Considine to others.
