Claire is a very experienced hypnotherapist and gives plenty of practical advise along with very well thought out modules and scripts which can get you started on a career in this fascinating subject . I recently completed 2 further courses with Claire via group zoom sessions. I can't rate the courses highly enough. One on Inner Child work and the other on hypnotherapy for menopause. Extremely useful skills to acquire to support more clients. Great materials all accessible online! Thank you again Claire.

I have recently (sadly!) finished my final taught session with Claire on the Dip In Analytical Hypnotherapy. I cannot recommend both Claire and her course highly enough! Taught on a flexible one-to-one basis this extremely detailed course was brought to life with all of Claire's practical therapeutic experiences. The course was delivered at my pace in a very logical format. I feel that I have learnt so much in a fairly short period of time and am looking forward to putting everything into practice with my case studies. Great course and really informational. I really appreciated the modules we learnt because of the truly integrative approach giving me a lot of scope and opportunity for growth opposed to some schools concentrating in one area. This integrative approach greatly suits my professional development, subsequently I would advise this course if you are particularly ambitious and a keen person, interested not only in hypnotherapy but expanding your borders and boundaries in terms of understanding a wide-sweeping array's of tools like NLP that can be used with hypnotherapy. We briefly covered the major schools of psychotherapy, what their uses are how they are structured with a hypnotheraputic approach.

At first I found scripts and such taking some time to adjust to but over time I got a lot more confident and we had a lot of practise because of the long sessions. Each session focused on different aspects and methods. As a result of this structure of the course I feel myself to be much more confident in my counselling skills. Moreover I have felt a lot of personal growth on this course as I have had many scripts practised on myself from the cohort as-well as well as practise on other giving me confidence and helping me change perspectives on my own cognitive distortions, subsequently I feel refreshed, well-rounded, more energetic and in some sense purified and absolved moving forward into any field of endeavour I choose.

Therefore in conclusion:
The course has been a combination of personal growth and understanding of a very useful yet unfortunately mystified and misunderstood psychological tool by the layman, greatly suits NLP practitioners, those formally trained in psychotherapy (or in my case now inspired to be properly with a aspirations to complete a Msc now! thanks - this is due to the great exposure of the methods! and practise we had using the main schools leading me to now be very interested in a integrative pyschotherapy course, which this course would really go bread and butter with). Further we covered Milton Erickson's work, hypnotic language patterns, (amongst counselling skills with practise like I have mentioned) therefore for these reasons and others, while I have a level 3 in counselling skills I also felt a boost in my ability now in general conversational ability which will greatly serve me in my career, including public speaking, 1 on 1 conversation and so forth. Again I appreciate the combination of covering therapeutic tools uses as well as developing my skills in this field with my NLP background to make me more well rounded. Further I appreciate again covering the major schools, so therefore I overall feel again ready to a variety of situations be it in or outside a therapy session. Often the skills learnt as a therapist are extremely useful outside the session like for conducting business, project management, presentations or anywhere where communication, emotional intelligence and people come into the equation.

I would highly recommend Dr Claire Jacks Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy course. I found the course very detailed and having the flexibility to schedule the dates of the course, rather than having them on a fixed classroom style arrangement really suited me.
