Liaised with a Colin Mullen of ACAS during my unfair and constructive dismissal case against Aberdeenshire Council. He was as useful as a dead rodent. Condescending, evasive, unhelpful, awkward, and lazy are just some of the words I can describe him as.
For anyone considering to contact ACAS for fair, impartial, and constructive advice in respect of a contravention of employment law issue that has left you in a difficult, irrevocable situation......DON'T!

all team should be paid off,they dont listen at all, acas should be closed for good,thats the bezt way,
tried to phone them couple times about issue with employer and they cannot help, B advice help me ,and BR advice set up court and recompensate for me that We are allowed judge manager in my work.
