Sandy and her team are fantastic. They take you through the whole process in an easy to understand way which can be daunting for customers at this stage of life. The attention to detail, total focus on the customer plus pulling all the levers behind the scenes is brilliant. I could not think of anything else Sandy could have done to have made this process for my relative any better and very reasonable fees too..........even her cakes and smiley face every time were a big bonus.
