I didn't enjoy the consultation as I felt the agent quoted the government website I had reviewed prior to the meeting so there was no added value to my existing knowledge. The office did not feel welcoming as there was a member of staff that was talking very loudly on the phone while I was waiting. The agent was polite and friendly which is why it isn't one star.
