Because of the pandemic I have had to work from home, since the very beginning Acronyms have been very helpful with setting up remote access even if it was on a Saturday, they are always kind, friendly and easy to talk to. They are very fast and efficient when it comes to any problem I have had. I have dealt with many different employee and they are always willing to explain anything you need help to understand, they were all kind, considerate and willing to listen to any questions. I highly recommend this company for any of your IT needs.

Fantastic IT management team. The team know you by name and are able to help with everything we have thrown their way. Nothing is too much trouble and they have been outstanding with new projects like setting up a full call centre with IT, phone system and bespoke reporting suite. Would highly recommend!

We are a small family run business who have used Acronyms for the last 12 months, initially for an installation and setup but also with an ongoing technical support contract. On several occasions (due to our lack of technical knowledge!!) we have needed their technical support. On each and every occasion we have contacted the support line, they have been so very helpful and not once have they made us feel useless! They talk through the support that is needed in straight forward terms and have always resolved any issue we have presented them with. Would thoroughly recommend them every time.
