I've been with Action Coach now for around 8 months.
I have really enjoyed my time with them and can see the long term benefits of my Coaching starting to take shape. I have a long way to go but you get out of it what you put into it. This isn't a one size fits all style coaching business. It is tailored to what you want to achieve, but you must be willing to put the work in or your setting yourself up for failure form the start. Gary and Andrew have been great at holding me to account and showing me ways to improve working on the business and not in it. Highly reccomend to anyone open to change and wanting to change.

I Joined up with Action coach in November 2022 & began business coaching with Corinne Lewis.
To be completely honest I was a little sceptical & apprehensive to begin with.
But once we went through things and got a concrete plan ,the brain fog began to lift.
I’ve always had a business vision,but it became clear & apparent.

Comparing the turnover from the first quarter preceding coaching to the same quarter a year later, my business turnover has increased by 150%.
There has also been a 10% growth in our profit margin.
So the company is expanding and we are driving the profitability in the correct direction.

I started with Action Coach in April last year at the advice of our director and began coaching with Andrew Sperring immediately after. From being a bit reluctant to share my train thoughts with a stranger, Andrew did brilliantly by putting me at ease to discuss freely and progress to the next step. He encouraged me to find the solutions, guided me in the right direction and advised me when I got stuck and needed help. By providing guidance to organise my management style he brought the system to be implemented closer to reality, to add a real benefit to the company. If I’m honest I was dubious to take part. I have nearly 20 years of management level experience in different industries and have always been very confident in my abilities…..
I wish this course was available 20 years ago!
From day 1, I have learned new skills and systems that have changed the way I look at my role and how I lead my team. Brad shows ways to implement new ideas that are revolutionary, but the biggest and most helpful part of the course is the group dynamic, sounding ideas and interpretations of what we hear off each other and building connections with a diverse group.
Our leader on this journey was Corinne, she guided us and helped us to, not only understand, but actually put into practice these new ideas. She encourages discussion, open communication with the group which really allows everyone to feel valued and heard. I will miss our weekly Zoom get togethers, but I am excited by the change I already see in our company and very positive for the future!
