I don't know how he does it, but Alan is really good at making you feel at ease. When an average person like me, who knows there's more to learn, but struggles to find ways or find it too confronting... Well, feeling at ease becomes kind of essential.

When I first had an initial chat with Alan. I quickly felt that I'd be fine to be real and open up a little. Going past that barrier made our first meeting incredibly productive! Alan somehow knew exactly what to focus on. I can imagine that's different for everyone, so I'm impressed by how he knew so quickly. Probably testament to his experience.
