Steve has acted as our coach for a number of years now - which either means that he is very good or that we need a lot of help....or both!
He IS very good and we really value the weekly coaching session we have first thing every Wednesday morning (when we are too tired to argue!?!). He has imposed a discipline over our weekly targets that has really helped the business develop over the last few years and will continue to do so for the future.

Andrew is more than just a coach. The very best sports men and women in this world all receive reqular coaching in order to be the best in their chosen field, and when I used to compete in White Water Slalom, I appreciated every session with my coach - no matter how uncomfortable it may feel at the time. Since starting my own company, I have often thought I should follow the same philosophy and have occasionally looked at business coaches. Many of the coaches I have come across appear to be failed business owners, which did not inspire me.

I took the opportunity to visit Andrew at an Action Coach presentation and was inspired by the success he has achieved throughout his career and his desire to help business owners in the South West. I have used the “ActionCLUB” service, meeting twice-monthly with others – and this is a real strength of the programme for me. By having other business owners, I get ideas I can “steal”, alternative perspectives on my actions and thoughts, and as a group we hold each other accountable to put what we are learning into action, making a real and measurable difference to my business.
