Adelina helped me better understand what was required to prepare for and successfully engage with a new career opportunity as well as my market worth across differing company types. There was a fork in my career path to either move to a different company doing a similar role with much bigger and interesting challenges or stay in my current company yet move to a completely different role with another set of challenges.

Straight-shooting and not prone to waffle or exaggerate, Adelina immediately added value that helped me get what I needed despite the one hour session bringing her deep yet varied industry experience to bear. Firstly, she brought clarity by helping me understand what information I needed in order to gain a better definition of both roles and the terms surrounding them. Secondly, she confirmed what my instincts were telling me - ergo me reaching out to her - with further probing questions and salient facts. Thirdly she challenged some of my preconceptions and advised how to better engage with both companies to maximise a successful and fair outcome for all involved. Finally, she let me know that she was there if I need her support and to follow up as she was keen to know the outcome thus showing how much she cares.

Ultimately, I believe I gained a better result and one which I am more confident about because of Adelina's input.

What is clear to me is that Adelina helping her clients with career advice including the tactics and strategy to realise that advice is very much part of her vocation. I am grateful for her support and highly recommend her services.
