I arranged the service through Sue, as I had previously met her through networking years ago. I had heard good things about their service but had never has a chance to test it for myself.

The communication from the beginning was spot on. I received a quote quickly and got a response to any queries I had swiftly too. This was my first time arranging a survey so I needed some guidance which I received.

They liaised with the agent to gain access which was one less thing for me to sort out. The best part for me was that Lee brought a very important matter to my attention immediately after he had visited the property even though the report was due to take a week to come. This allowed me to start investigating this matter with the agent ASAP. Timing is very important so small details like this can make a huge difference so I am learning.

He also provided me guidance of how to look after the slab once it’s actually looted. I had lots of questions for him after the plans had been created and he was very willing to help.

We used Adkins for a Level 3 structural survey. They were extremely quick, professional and helpful and were never to busy to answer our many questions. Sally at the office is extremely helpful and Lee was fantastic. We had a very good experience with them

I purchased a house which identified (at the very last legal hurdle) the need to remove asbestos contaminated ceilings. While the ceilings were out it seemed like a good time to undertake some internal wall re-configuration work.
As such at very very short notice Sue at Adkins Consultants was kind enough to listen to my challenge and was happy to provide structural engineer support on a near impossible timescale. Such prompt & professional service enable me to keep on track with my refurbishment schedule and provide full structural reporting details for building control in good time. Whilst not the most complex of projects Adkins Consultants were able to provide a fast turnaround structural report and detailed proposal to Building Control.

I needed to obtain a structural survey quickly... Lee the surveyor spoke on the phone and re arranged appointments to complete my survey. The final report was excellent and lee was really helpful in explaining the process. The other staff at adkins were also really helpful. I will use adkins again if I need a surveyor in the future
