I emailed Adrian when he came up first on Google and after looking at reviews. He replied quickly and came to view my property the very next day, taking a thoroughly look around and the relevant measurements. He then was able to do my report and drawings for a load bearing wall removal within the week. He also helped answer any questions I had (it's my first house reno) and told me what planning application I would need. He went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I received a response quickly, which helped target my needs and guide me through the required process for design and relevant council building notices to make the appropriate decisions.
The turnaround in taking the information and providing the complete engineering report and drawings was swift, and tailored to my needs. I liked that Adrian produced an engineering solution but encouraged a dialogue with my builder to ensure he was confident and competent to undertake the works that we'd designed, and that he was available to make any adjustments or clarifications based on those conversations after the report was issued.

All in all, I've found the use of Advance Structural Engineering straight forward, diligent and comprehensive for what I've needed for this job, and will keep them in min for any of my domestic alterations in the future.
