Could not recommend Aintree Coach Line enough. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. We hired the Red Bus for our wedding in August to take our guests from the Church to the Venue, and they were fantastic. We wanted the bus to take a certain route so we could get pictures, and the team were more than happy to accommodate this. All of our guests LOVED the bus and we would certainly recommend them for your wedding!

Driver thinks it's acceptable to totally not use the bus stop and not wait instead drive off where he can see passengers waiting total fake company.. vrm of YX65 RFN approx 15:40 avoid this company who decides to stop wherever and whenever they want.

I've just got back from a private hire trip, where they used Aintree Coaches. I have to say both the company i booked with, and Aintree coaches have been absolutely fantastic. Customer care such as I experienced is rare these days.
The drivers were friendly, helpful and approachable. I have mobility issues and they made sure we were parked up by lifts where necessary, and never failed to offer help. They kept everyone up to date on any delays due to traffic or otherwise. They checked in with the passengers, made sure we had enough rest stops, and they made our journey smooth and comfortable.
What really impressed me is that I accidentally left important medication on the coach, and even though we'd arrived back after midnight, they waited in the depot for me to return and collect them, to ensure I got my medication.
You don't often get companies that care this much about their customers needs. Thank you very much to Chris and his colleague (I didn't get your name sorry).

This company does the school run between Eastham and Neston High school. The bus drivers can be vile, not allowing my son who gets a weekly ticket on the bus or closing the door in his face when he has lost or fogotten his ticket on occasion. Closing door and driving off when the kids are running right as they get to the door. Noone ever picks up the phone to be able to discuss these matters.
100 quid a month to get them back and forth to school just for my son and others to be left stranded and called nasty names when they lose a ticket (which kids do sometimes). Bullying and fighting tolerated by drivers on the bus, not surprising when the drivers are bullies themselves.

Waited at Chester Foregate for 35 mins for a link bus to the station. Nothing arrived, and only by asking another bus driver did I find the bus was on diversion. I had been dropped there from the station in the morning, and there was nothing at the stop to warn the people waiting.
I'd never walked to the station and got lost, missing my train by seconds. An hour's wait for the next. My first visit to Chester, and probably my last, despite how beautiful the city is.

We hired this company for our wedding. From start to finish they were amazing.
We booked the vintage bus to pick everyone up from St George's hall and take us to the reception then a coach to take us all back.
The driver was absolutely amazing, she was chatty and friendly and got everyone in a party mood. The bus was so much better than we imagined!
She turned up early and happily waited until we were all ready. Everyone loved it.
100% would book again.

So unreliable. This bus has not been on time once! I get the 41 Whitchurch to chester and rely on it for work and uni. Yesterday I had to wait for 1hr 10 mins for the bus to finally turn up and the next day it was 25 mins late Ridiculous service for how expensive they are! £5 for a return and I only live a 10 min drive away from town!

I often take the 41 but it is almost always just under 10 minutes late only once it was 2 minutes late and that was the best timing I’ve ever had. Also on the last bus I saw a panel on the roof was just hanging their with two screws missing. However, they can get you from point A to point B but never when you need it most.
