I received a very unprofessional attitude from this company. I had to chase them 3 times to arrange a visit; I waited in for the engineer to arrive & had to chase them as they were half an hour late, only to find they were still in the office having forgotten the appointment! Needless to say I cancelled with them, as I couldn’t trust them to turn up for a future appointment; if they had, I’m sure I would have had to chase the report, which, given the unprofessional attitude so far, would have left me questioning whether the figures/drawing were accurate.

I phoned Alexander Associates for advice about damage I believe has been caused by vibration from a neighbouring building site. Susanna took the time to give me advice about next steps and how to escalate my concerns with the builder, that they would be happy to provide an independent inspection for an hourly rate and the ballpark cost. Really professional and helpful.
