I strongly advise against engaging with Alexander & Co. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Initially, I approached Stephen at Alexander & Co for a tax report that he estimated would cost between £5,000 and £10,000. Given the urgency of my situation, I agreed to proceed despite the high estimate. However, as time went on, it became apparent that Alexander & Co were not equipped to handle the advanced tax report and investigation required. It seemed they were learning on the job at my expense.

To my shock, the final bill amounted to a staggering £30,000—far exceeding the original estimate. When I disputed the outrageous costs, Alexander & Co refused to complete the report or continue working on my behalf. Their only response to my concerns was that it was "time on account," revealing a lack of transparency about their capability and pricing from the start.

Moreover, Alexander & Co displayed a great deal of professional negligence. They breached GDPR regulations by discussing my sensitive case with a member of the public, which is both unethical and unacceptable. This breach of privacy has led me to seek legal counsel for further advise on this topic.

In my experience, Alexander & Co's practice is riddled with sharp practices, cowboy tactics, and a severe lack of professional diligence. I have found others who have faced similar issues, suggesting that this firm operates on the edge of professionalism. There are many reputable firms with transparent pricing and better communication—do not make the same mistake I did.

I strongly recommend avoiding Alexander & Co and finding a more reliable and ethical firm for your needs.
