He was so easy to talk to and explained everything so clearly but he also listened to what we wanted and presented us with deals that suited our needs. I’m always dubious when someone says that they’re an independent advisor.. but Nigel talked me through all the options and we worked out what was right for me, and patiently went through all the what ifs and theoretical situations that might happen which was great.
