Awful terrible company stay well clear of this place

Unfortunately I have had to post this review following a poor experience of the 960 service. I am putting it down to poor communication between yourselves and the galleries
The bus was due today to depart at 1640 from STAND E
I turned my attention to an unbranded bus which departed at 1640 from STAND C!
I rang out of hours to confirm and your advisor said this should have been a green and white bus, with the destination on the front... unfortunately this was the service.
The bus also did not have the correct destination on and the front was blank 😐
This would have been ideal for me, as I was covering, and that service would have dropped me off at horsley hill square
This then lead to the inconvenience of myself, having to travel with 2 services almost doubling my transit time home

Although I appreciate this service may be used by regulars, I must emphasise that you should run your service correctly

I really am not happy about this and would appreciate a response

Was on the 92 bus service, met a lovely young chap called Rhys. Great company, he went out his way to help me assisting me off the bus by putting the ramp down so I could get off in my wheel chair !!

Hired a coach to take a group to Durham Cathedral on a Sunday afternoon. Was good value for money , clean and punctual. Driver efficient and helpful. Thanks.
