I used graham Alkers as my solicitor to deal with my case after being knocked of my bike, the case was from 2021. The other side were not playing ball although they admitted liability. I contacted the above solicitors after seeing a no-win, no fee advert.
After a consultation over the phone, they said that they would take the case on.
So a contract between them and myself was drawn up, signed, and the process was started.
Contract between myself and Graham was mainly by email but phone calls are also available if needed.
So after everything was sorted and the evidence sent to the other party a settlement was agreed on.
This process isn't fast but the outcome was very well received
