Shocking company.

Did the bare minimum, then never completed my claim, I took it upon myself to claim and won, they then claimed I owed the 30% for doing nothing.

Requested cancellation of service before any outcome was decided, told no, which they shouldn't have done

Don't use them, do it yourself.

Constant threats of court action and ccj's, con artists from start to finish.

AVOID, you do all.the work and they still charge you 30% even after cancellation. They will deny receiving your cancellation request and pursue fees for doing absolutely nothing. You don't need to use a claims firm just send the creditors a letter yourself. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY you may just give your money away.

They absolutely hound you with text messages and emails nearing the time a payment is due, It's boarderline harrassment unfortunately this will prevent me from using allegiant finance in the future.

Avoid this company made a claim through them regarding finance it was successful they emailed me told me they could claim back the tax I paid I signed they did not Colin anything back for me the agreement was signed for 2023 - 2024
The following tax year I cash in my pension HMRC took too much and refunded me they sent a copy of the working to this company then they try to claim I owe them £1700 I only agreed to let them claim for tax on a finance agreement they seem to think they can take my pension as well

Ambulance chasers that don’t chase the ambulance’s- I used Allegiant to make a claim against amigo in 2019 a year later they said they were unsuccessful and closing my file. I thought nothing of this till amigo contacted me a year later asking if I would like to deal with them directly for compensation. Fast forward to June this year my case was successful and I was paid compensation, shortly after this allegiant emailed requesting payment for working on my behalf! When querying this with allegiant they were vague at best describing the work they had done on my behalf. To cut a long story short they hadn’t done any work apart from cutting and pasting responses amigo was posting on an open forum, when I complained about their so called efforts I was met with further evidence that nothing was personal to myself. And they simple had a list of names who had made an initial enquiry! I initially refused to make payment and took it to the financial ombudsman who basically said as i signed a legal document stating I would allow them to work on my behalf I would be liable for the fees. However I should take the case further as I have clear evidence they have done very little or near nothing on my behalf. Fingers crossed my case will be upheld and the fee returned, however moral of the story don’t use this lazy cowboy legal firm!

Very poor service. Had to put in more than 1 complaint with them for misinformation or miscommunication. Avoid at all costs. Dont listen to the positive reviews. Wouldn’t surprise me if they were allegiant employees themselves

*edit*: For them to reply saying the misinformation was from Amigo is laughable, as Allegiany openly accepted in my first complaint they gave me incorrect information and gave me compensation for it. Very very poor company

Cannot fault this company one bit! Yes the process is slightly slow, there is a bit of paperwork to fill out but I am so glad I chose to start this process of complaining about Shop Direct early last year. I have had a huge weight lifted from my shoulders and I am so happy I will no longer be worrying every day! Allegiant did not take any percentage off as I didn’t win a physical cash award. Thank you Allegiant for this very simple process!

Claim to be a really good Co. With a high success rate, with clearly fake testimonials inundated with emails - Go online fill the endless paperwork only to be told out of all creditors they list they could only pursue one? Then inundate you with further emails only for your claim to go to the Fos and declined and then they send you an email to say they’re closing the case within a week! New it was too good to be true absolute waste of time they are No better than these PPI claims would highly recommend not to waste your time absolute jokers!
