Fantastic service. Jasmine went above and beyond to get me the perfect ring for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary. A beautiful ring. Couldn't be happier, and can't thank her enough for everything she did to get the perfect ring delivered to me in time for the big day.

Fab service by Becca! Becca pierced my second lobes and did an amazing job, she was really kind and has a great bubbly personality which made the whole experience really relaxed. Everyone else in the store is super friendly and very welcoming.

Not only welcoming, HONEST. I took my Casio solar watch in for a new battery, I bought it new some twenty years ago and thought the battery was failing. They said it would cost thirty to forty pounds. I had an email three days later to say it was ready for collection and advising me on keeping the solar battery fully charged. When I called to collect I was told they had fully charged the battery and the watch was perfect. There would be no charge. How nice to find honesty, thank you.

Absolutely great service from a lady called Tara! She helped me from start to finish with absolutely outstanding service! Not only did she help me design the engagement ring for my now fiancée but also guided me through every step and kept me updated through it all! Couldn’t ask for a better jeweller!

Don't trust them. Fitted a watch strap for me that came apart after 40 minutes. They struggled to fit it on in the first place. Another of their branches informed me they fitted a 24mm watch strap when they should have fitted a 22mm strap. Thanks for wasting my time. Maybe more staff training is in order

The staff are very polite and friendly, they stock some lovely stuff. I was in there for a new watch strap and battery which they did quickly and efficiently.
