Unfortunately I have now had to cut my ties with the company. After 13 years of a working relationship and having the same parts manufactured by them, the quality of precision has declined, so much so that I have now lost my future orders to a company I deal with.

What really upset me is that they still wanted paying for the sub-standard workmanship, and have refused to supply me with the original CAD drawings which were paid for when I first developed my product saying, we can’t find a record of any such payment!

Sadly we have parted company, and I’m not a happy man!

Good machining firm with a special focus on smaller more tightly tolleranced components. They also have in house fabrication and laser cutting capability. With optional (outsourced) powder coat too. If you need gears then best to checkout another local company DePe Gears in Stoke.
